Maria de Lourdes says..

..she 'demands' the return of Puerto Rican soldiers in Iraq. Gee, doesn't that sound familiar?

Now who is she you ask? Well, Maria De Lourdes is a Sen of the PIP (Puerto Rican Independence Party), which is the party that obviously is against the island of ever becoming a state, and it's the party of the island that is mostly close with the likes of Castro.

SAN JUAN (EFE) Puerto Rican Independence Party (PIP) Sen. Maria de Lourdes Santiago on Monday urged the Senate to approve a resolution demanding the withdrawal of Puerto Rican soldiers in Iraq.

"I believe it's time that the Popular Democratic Party and the New Progressive Party set aside their obsession with wanting to portray themselves as Americans. They should put the lives of Puerto Rican soldiers first," Santiago
said.

Obsession with portraying as Americans? Um, last time I checked, Puerto Rico IS a US territory meaning that the people of the island ARE Americans correct? See these are the people that are ruining that country I am sick of reading the corruption that is the PR government. This is why I am all for the island becoming a state because once it does, there will be some serious change there for the better of the people of the island.
